See what I'm building — The Adobha GroupI do not move fast and break things. I think before I commit. Most of the sectors I operate in — co-living, construction, clean food, B2B software — are unglamorous. I chose them because I thought carefully about where genuine value was missing, not where the trend was pointing.
Thinking slowly has cost me speed. It has also saved me from building the wrong things.
I am an operator, not a theorist. I manage real properties, real supply chains, real teams across two countries. The Adobha group exists because I built it — not because I pitched it to someone else to build.
The tree is still growing. I am still laying roots. That is the most honest thing I can say about where I am today.
I am in this for the long run. I do not extract and exit. The landlords who trust me with their properties, the farmers whose trees we contract, the enterprises whose workflows we automate — I feel responsible for all of them.
That is not strategy. That is my belief, and it is how I have run every business since 2004.

When I first arrived in Singapore, finding a clean, affordable room was harder than it should have been. Landlords did not reply. Agents charged fees that made no sense. I started Adobha in 2013 to fix that — for myself, and for every person who came after me.
Twelve years later, the tree has put down roots across India and Singapore. But I have not forgotten what it felt like to be the person looking for a home in an unfamiliar city. That feeling is the reason I still pick up the phone.
